Senior SAP SD Consultant

We are looking for a Senior IT SAP SD Consultant to join our SAP SCM team in Portugal. The candidate will work close together the SCM central team, supporting dayto-day Sales&Logistics activities, participating in global rollouts and help shape our global S/4HANA transformation.

Main Responsibilities

- Managing and enhancing our SAP SD area, including interfaces to other SAP modules and peripheral systems, especially with End2End process design and usage of AI

- Supporting the transition of client’s SD area to S/4HANA

- Acting as a global partner for the Sales and Distribution teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions with cross-process impact

- Solving complex issues as 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and compliance with processes and quality standards

- Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external partners for implementation of new requirements and incident management

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Business Informatics, economics or equivalent qualification, or equivalent professional experience.

- Extensive professional experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (including process analysis and optimization in the SAP SD area in ECC and S4/HANA environments)

- Strong understanding of integration with MM, FICO and PP

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, structured and collaborative working style.

- Fluent written and spoken English and confidence working in distributed, multicultural teams.

- Willingness to support international projects and travel when required.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

- Experience with AI and analytics

- Experience in an agile product team or as an Agile Master

- Exposure to global SAP roll-outs and M&A integrations
